Open to all levels for a deepening of your practice and breathing with nature in this beautiful retreat centre where we will focus on finding the
stillness in movement.
The next planned pop up meeting is starting at NTS Friday 16:30 Wear Seeds of Silence t.shirt or taiji suit for this engaged and funraising recollection practice, as we travel through the historical paths of NTS and it's 40 years existence.
