This course is recommended for those who have already learnt the 8 Brocades with at least one term. We will be developing the standiing forms into a daoist sitting practice to deepen our practice. 

This is a wonderful compliment to your Taiji practice and probably the most ancient practice of Qigong in the world.

This age old form will open the subtle energies of your body and guide you in a deeper connectedness to what is within.
