This course is recommended for those who have already learnt the 8 Brocades with at least one term or over a weekend.

We will be developing the standing forms into a Daoist sitting practice to cultivate Deep Dao in Dialogue with the world.

This is a wonderful compliment to your Taiji practice and probably the most ancient practice of Qigong in the world.

This age old form will open the subtle energies of your body and guide you in a deeper connectedness to what is within.
