This is the first time Wudangshan 8 Brocades Qigong have been taught in Norway.
The weekend will consist of learning the standing postures of the 8 brocades and will open for the further development of the sitting postures of the 8 Brocades. Giving you a substantial start to the practice of qigong and the art of Daoist Inner Alchemy.
