Dear Taiji friends,

It's been a while since I've written a newsletter, so here's a short update.

Fatherhood

I'm a father. It's been almost one year since our daughter Robin Novah Hiley was born. There's so much to write about what's happened, but for now here's a short summary of entering fatherhood:

Experiencing incomparable love and awe of the small, literal miracle that now graces our days.
Feeling a renewed love for structure as the time I have available is now dramatically reduced.
A deeper connection with my purpose.
Somehow managing to staying a semi-functional human being despite levels of sleep deprivation I never previously thought I could endure

Coaching

I haven't given any (public) workshops the last year or so since becoming a father. Choosing to focus instead on one-on-one coaching with people who enter into 6-month journeys with me.

I now have two spots that have become available for someone who is the right fit. If you're wondering if that might be you, I'd love to hear from you and have a chat about how we could work together.

Oslo Christmas Workshop

One-day Daomove Workshop on the 27th of December

We're travelling to Norway for Christmas, and I want to offer a Daomove workshop in the "romjul" for those that have felt "Daomove deprived" during the hiatus of the last year. It will be a day of presence where I'll share many of the new developments and distinctions in the practice. And of course, it will be a day of self-exploration in movement, connection and stillness.
