Good morning Taiji friends,
Norsk Taiji Senter joins the National Dugnad as presented by the Norwegian Health Authorities guidelines and will be closed from 12th - 26th March 2020.
"I den situasjonen vi er i nå, skal vi ikke ta på hverandre, men vi skal ta vare på hverandre" sier helsedirektør Bjørn Guldvog.
I encourage you all to stay safe for self and others and use the time available to you for extra determined Taiji and Qigong and meditative practice.
I will be regularly practicing from 08.00- 09.00 every morning and 18.00 - 19.00 every evening and invite you all to join me from home when convenient.
Do offer a helping hand to those more vulnerable and less able to get around.
Do call me if there is any support I may offer, I am open even if the Taiji Centre is closed.
Looking forward to resuming classes soon.

A page to reflect upon from Dao deh jing
Chapter 29
Do you want to improve the world?
I don't think it can be done.
The world is sacred.
It can't be improved.
If you tamper with it, you'll ruin it.
If you treat it like an object, you'll lose it.
There is a time for being ahead,
a time for being behind;
a time for being in motion,
a time for being at rest;
a time for being vigorous,
a time for being exhausted;
a time for being safe,
a time for being in danger.
The Master sees things as they are,
without trying to control them.
She lets them go their own way,
and resides at the center of the circle.
