During the closure of the Taiji Centre these days I have set up an internet teaching platform through Zoom.
This will enable us to continue classes from the comfort of our homes and encourage us to maintain a steady practice through these trying times.
The classes will occur at the usual time and be open for questions and reflections together so we may take care of our class community.
My hope is this will inspire you to more practice in your homes and see this challenge as an opportunity for more self reflection and deep changes.
Here is our protocol for joining once you’ve opened the Zoom invitation I will send to you just before your class:
1. You need to set up your camera either on mobile, computer or smart TV showing your whole body if possible (see my enclosed picture)
2. Have enough space around you to practice the form.
3. Double click on Pamela's picture to pin the video.
4. You don’t have to download zoom to join.
5. You can just listen to the audio and join in while in your garden or in a park.
6. Prepare some tea for a chat after the class:-)
7. Please let me know if you like this idea.
I hope you will all join for the class and give it a try. Maybe a bit interesting at the start but Im sure there will be measures and a learning curve at the beginning.

I just also remind you that I am practicing every morning from 08.00-09.00 and evening 18.00-19.00 (when there isn’t a class) so there is also an opportunity there to join in without video.
