We are about to enter the fourth week of the Nasjonal Dugnad, I continue to feel humbled and full of gratitude that I am living in Norway and to see how we are coping with the situation at hand, our palm with calm we practice together.

 

Dont go out Go in

Now brings the opportunity to practice and strengthen the will and depth of deep connectedness to self. Its emerged by having to mostly stay at home and stay close to those we love and care for. Also to pay heed and reflect upon our behaviour and fortunes more than ever.  

 

Digital Dao Delivery

As we enter the 4th week of classes with Zoom I wish to thankyou all for sustaining the teachings and keeping the Taiji centre afloat and our Taiji community stronger than ever. Some students have reflected that the practice has been strong and made deep impact on their days at home. After Easter we will start a new summer term which so far looks like it will continue to be digital dao delivery, at least for a while longer, please register for all classes here.

I sincerely hope you will be able to continue to practice on zoom until we can once again return to the Taiji Centre.

The up and coming week will continue with classes as usual during this Easter time and I hope you will contact me if you have any challenges or wishes. Practicing is the most powerful tool we have to hold the changes of this transforming time. If you are finding it difficult to pay for classes please contact me and I can open up the zoom teaching for you to support your practice in these challenging times. We also invite those who can and wish to become a member or supporting member during this time to help keep the Taiji Centre afloat.
