opens for NTS classes

Next week we will begin to open the Taiji Centre again for regular classes

in addition continue to offer streaming for those who still prefer

details will be sent to individual classes on Monday.

Digital Dao Delivery has just completed its 8th week of teachings

Gratitude to all students who have maintained their practice

with Pamela at home

in doing so helped keep the Taiji Centre open!

We celebrate this moment and begin our

12th year of morning practice on the roof of Oslo Opera House

starting tomorrow Friday 8th May, 7.30-8.30 am

Join us until the end of June every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7.30-8.30 am

Men are born soft and supple;
dead, they are stiff and hard.

Plants are born tender and pliant;
dead, they are brittle and dry.

Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible
is a disciple of death.

Whoever is soft and yielding
is a disciple of life.

The hard and stiff will be broken.
The soft and supple will prevail.
